about us
aerial imagery
Our Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) licence from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA ID 4268 - check our authority here) enables us to operate an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) in two very important ways that are not available to an unlicensed drone operator - firstly, it would be a criminal offence for anyone without this licence to undertake aerial work for any kind of reward, and secondly it allows us to operate a drone in areas that are otherwise forbidden (for example somewhere that comes under the definition of a "congested area").
We are able to take the UAV to heights of up to 400 feet, subject to other restrictions such as airspace class and a requirement for people within 50 metres to be under the operator's control. And we operate with a minimum of £1,000,000 of commercial public liability insurance, which we can increase as required up to £10,000,000.

Our licence allows aerial footage to be incorporated into any video production (subject to environmental considerations), something that's often appropriate to property promotion films. Our licence also enables our aerial inspection service.
