Win a half price bespoke video production

This is a free to enter competition open to businesses and educational establishments for the chance to win a half price video production.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Entry into the competition indicates acceptance of the conditions listed here.

  2. The competition is free to enter.​

  3. The competition prize is a bespoke video production including pre-production, filming and post production at a 50% discount against our usual prices.

  4. Closing date for entries is 23:59 on Monday 18 November 2024.

  5. The competition is open to businesses and educational establishments.

  6. Entry into the competition is achieved by filling in the form above, commenting on an online post promoting the competition or by responding to a related direct communication.

  7. An individual putting forward an organisation for entry into the competition must have suitable authority from that organisation.

  8. An organisation will only be entered into the competition once, even when entered by more than one person.

  9. The 50% discount can only be used for live-filmed video productions (animated video productions are not included).

  10. The winner's bespoke project details will be entered into our automated Quote Generator to determine a cost; a 50% discount will then be applied.

  11. The prize includes a 50% discount against travel costs up to a maximum of 30 miles; additional travel costs above 30 miles will be charged at £1/mile.

  12. Any overnight accommodation costs (where applicable) will not be discounted as part of the prize and will be added in full to the quoted cost.

  13. The 50% discount applies to a film crew size of 1 or 2, should 3 or more staff be required the additional staff costs will not be discounted.

  14. The winner will be announced during w/c 25 November.

  15. Competition results are final, no correspondence will be entered into.

  16. The winning entrant is under no obligation to accept the prize; should a prize be rejected it will be awarded to an alternative entrant.

  17. The winner's project will be scheduled for commencement from February 2025 onwards.

  18. The winner must utilise their 50% discount within the first 6 months of 2025.

  19. Where aerial footage is desired, this will only be included where legally allowable.

  20. The winning organisation agrees that the video produced as part of this competition can be shared online and used in future promotional material.
