Wrexham Rules, OK?! ⚽� We worked with Menter Iaith Fflint a Wrecsam to create this video as part of a week of virtual St David's Day celebrations. Filmed at the oldest international football stadium in the world, Wrexham AFC's The Racecourse, it features a poem, "Gêm Bêl Droed (Wrecsam)", written by Bryan Martin Davies in Cymraeg/Welsh, which was recited with passion by actress Moli Bethan Williams to reflect the importance of belonging in the support of the world's third oldest football club!

We loved making this video with Menter Iaith Fflint a Wrecsam, and we're pretty sure that everyone loves Magi Ann, the well-established character helping parents to assist their children with Cymraeg! She's here in this video reading new print versions of her books as she gets very excited to receive an invitation - but from whom and to where? And who's she excitedly phoning?!? For the second part of this video series we had the pleasure of filming children's Welsh language favourite, Tedi, in this entertaining promotion of new resources launching at the coming eisteddfod, as he excitedly received an invitation, took a phone call from Magi Ann, and was picked up in her red sports car! This powerful video features a recitation of "Mae Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau", the national anthem of Wales, which was filmed at Theatr Clwyd in Mold, Flintshire, for Menter Iaith Fflint a Wrecsam as part of a series of videos to celebrate Dydd Gŵyl Dewi / St David's Day 2021

We were asked by the #Wrecsam2025 City of Culture bid team to produce a video capturing the vibrancy of this year's St David's Day (Dydd Gŵyl Dewi) celebration in the centre of Wrexham, including entertainment on Queen's Square and the procession through the town. Our client was very pleased at the way our montage, which features Welsh language band Adwaith's new release "Eto" as the background music (used by kind permission), has achieved its aims!

As we were already present to film a #Wrecsam2025 montage of the Dydd Gŵyl Dewi / St David's Day celebrations, we were pleased to be able to produce a video of this beautiful rendition of "Calon Lân" as a little extra in support of the bid 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🎦 It was fabulous to see the people of Wrexham, adults and children alike, led by the fantastic Andy Hickie and The James Lambert Singers in the sunshine 🌞, all singing their hearts out! 😀 The video received a lot of love across social media channels, being viewed over 20,000 times within a few days.
